I’m Karoliina - a Scandinavian visual director, transformational photographer, and filmmaker behind LIGHT BY AURA.

Based between Potsdam, Stockholm, and Sicily, I create soulful feminine brand films, photography, and visual storytelling for women all around the world. I have studied film, photography, music, and dance, alongside many healing, shamanic, and somatic practices and educations.

After many years in the German film industry, I decided to become my own boss and bring all the skills and experience I gained as a director, cinematographer, and producer into my feminine brand sessions for women.

My main focus is creating cinematic brand films and elevated visual content for female entrepreneurs who want to be seen in their true essence and share their work with authenticity, beauty, and confidence.

My work is dedicated to helping women feel truly seen — capturing their energy, femininity, light, and presence in an intuitive and artistic way. With over 20 years of experience in spiritual healing and intuitive work, I create sessions that are deeply personal, empowering, and transformational. I see you on many levels and have a natural ability to sense your essence deeply and translate that into visuals. Together, we create professional editorial-style images and films that not only feel elevated and beautiful, but also hold the depth of your soul, essence, and energy.

Alongside my brand work, I also take on a small number of exclusive weddings across Europe and am part of Atelier Åberg as a photographer and videographer, traveling across Southern Europe to capture refined and intimate celebrations.
